That's only if they sent something unsolicited. If you order something from them, but there's an error, they have a right to request to mistaken item back, provided they still fulfill their obligation of the original item

Please tell me you kept it lol, in my day if the weed dealer overweighed your bag and say gave you 7 grams when you buy 3.5 you kept that shit cause its bad on them jot you.
