I remember watching these in the 80's as a kid. Every Sunday evening

"In the 1980s, Walton Hall was the focus of a timeshare venture which collapsed with debts of £5m; owner Graham Maynard was sentenced to 15 months in jail for fraud, but walked free having spent 8 ⁄ months in a Spanish jail". Don't think they'd have got their 25 years out of that, then!

When they lost, it was a holiday for 4 in an exotic place for 2 weeks. When they win it was a worthless timeshare 🤦♂️

it's a known fact that the producers of Bullseye were always on the look out for cheap star prizes. They were gifted the timeshare prize in exchange for the free publicity, they got a job lot of Talbot cars from a bankrupted dealership, and one of the creators of Bullseye was co-owner of a speedboat manufacturer which was 'burgled' 12 times in the space of 10 years.

That Gill/Jill had the worst throwing action I've ever seen! 🙄 Why the hell did they change the gamble to 'keep the money and just gamble the prizes'? The prizes were always so shit that the contestants rarely had to even bother with Bully's Prize Board and may as well just have gone straight to the Star Prize board!

Why does Tony have to write down the score of the professional player. ?
@201081hero3 жыл бұрын
17:45 not a treble 20, Tony once again inflating the score which he did fairly frequently for the ladies in those days.
