Okay so you can file a case of defamation under section 499 of IPC against him in the court of session but it may get dismissed as court may say that it is of trivial nature as per section 95 of IPC. It may be amount of criminal intimidation as well but again trivial nature. But you can claim civil action by filing civil suit asking for compensation for the damages that diminishes your reputation in market. Rights for uncle is that they can go for mischief but again nothing can be filed against you for the same reason of trivial nature. It is always suggested to settle it amicably if possible if there is an infringement of right against you. You may file an defamation case both in civil as well as criminal. Sir mai ek Advocate hu Jodhpur High Court me. Kisi ki gadi me ek br ho gya toh thik h. But roj roj agar aap uski gaadi pr toilet karwaoge toh wo galat hai. But ek baar hua toh uska Aman muhafja dene ko taiyar tha. Toh legal tarike se Aman sahi hai. Dusra ek argument k bich me Gali dene koi crime nhi ho jaega bhai. Wo usme provocation ka defence le lega but fir bhi Aap chaho toh case krskte ho Defamation ke aadhar par, par Judge sahab isko kharij kardenge, itni choti si bt pr court ka tym khrb krne wli baat hai judiciary ke pas boht serious cases pending pde h ek gali k liye court naa hi jao. ( Same to u uncle ji could have been a good option at that tym). Kuch hoga nhi bas kharcha hi hoga aapka. Isliye gali wali baat chod do. Pr achi chiz ye h is sb ki aapne video banayi hui h wo boht acha conclusive evidence hai. Ek legal advice bs yehi dena chahunga ki kabhi kabhi kisi senior citizen ke hath verbal ya physical ladai ho jaye toh bheed most probably aapke against ho jaegi chahe aapki glti na bhi ho. Ek chiz aapne galat boldi thi ki "Mai toh roj yahi apki gadi pr Mutwaunga bully ko kya karlega". Agr case krte h toh ye video evidence puri uske against jari thi pr ye line apke against jaegi ki ye roj mutwane ki dhamki dekr gya h. Baki wo bhi us road pr park kar skta hai usse traffic obstruction nhi hora aur aap bhi public property pr bully ko kahi bhi susu karwa sakte ho until nd unless kisi ka right breach na ho usse. Lawyers know a thousand ways to file a case/complaint against you. What the result would be is a totally different thing. If u see my complete reply i have wrote that u wont be able to achieve anything. Boht hi mamuli case h. Kuch milega? No. Kya atleast case/complaint kr skte h? Yes. What u read in books and how the court works are totally different things. Dont teach me law brother.

Idhar bhai ki baat bhi galat hai. Sabse phele point ye ki mere pass bhi dog. To meri jimmedari bai ki kisi kar par na toilet karwai chahe wo 2-4 boond hi kyu na ho. Car ka malik samne kadha ho tab chahe ek boond karwa ho ya usse jayada . Koi bhi naraz hoga. Main bhi honga naraz agar koi mere car pe mere samne dog ko toilet karaega. Dusra point uncle gi galti hai galli nahi deni chaiye. Bhale baat kitni choti hi kyu na ho. Same point aman ke upar bhi apply hota hai. Agar uske samne uski car par koi bhi dog ka maalik toilet karwae to aman kya reaction hoga.
