These bronze rings are beauty rings for the ceiling fans or ceiling lights. It hides the holes if the holes are too big or you change fans/lights that are smaller. My husband and I flip houses and use them quite a bit! Love your videos by the way!

That pallet was definitely from Lowes. And because of their tendency to band returns (the white plastic banding on some of the boxes) and stick them back on the shelf, you need to make sure those faucets are actually new.

Your comment about the door handles and the dinosaurs reminded me of when my son had to change all the handles to regular door knobs because the dogs knew how to open the handle ones and go where they weren't supposed to. LOL

I think that the T-saddle is used For PVC irrigation piping to form a T connection and would be buried in the ground!

With the wireless door bell. I saw that you have to becareful because of ip address. If you check out resale rabbits video on here..I got kicked off Amazon. Which he finally got cleared up. Just looking out. I never realized some things have ips. I worked at Target for 8 yrs. You learn something new every day

Love watching your videos! I got my first BULQ case today! I was kind of disappointed. I looked at the manifest and everything looked awesome on it. Then when the box came most of the items were missing pieces or packaging and all of the items had salvage tags on them! I guess from now on I’ll shy away from “uninspected returns” and go with brand new!

I deal a lot in this type of product and I use market place to list the multiples like the cheapie faucets all together and contractors eat them up. They sell in a day or two. You could probably sell most of it in a few days and move on..

I should add that selling that product locally to the landlords, property owners and contractors usually snowballs into multiple sales. The first question out of their mouth after you sell them some stuff is "what else do you have?"

Lowes recently went through a big clearance event and got rid of the non selling items. A lot of those look like it might have came from that. I work there lol that's how I recognize the stuff. I say that incase you need a price, it could still on the site.

Hey, I just used those garage Kichler Barrington lights on a home! They are super nice!!! They are 65 bucks at Lowes. :) Very popular style.

Susan, she sells on Amazon via FBA (fullfillment by Amazon) where you list a bunch of items and send it to their warehouse. When someone buys one of your items, Amazon picks, packs, and ships the item to the customer and takes care of all customer service and any returns for you. They deposit your profits into your bank account every other week minus their fees. Google "How to sell on Amazon FBA" to find some informative how to videos.
