12:12 This just reminds me of the fact that Arin was so bothered by people saying "Let's Fucking Go" for a while this year. And then it was Dan telling him, "It's just their way of expressing themselves." It's so funny that back in 2017, it was the other way around for Dan, and his dislike of people saying "precious cinnamon roll" makes Arin say "You can either just accept it or ignore it."

It's so funny listening to Arin be like "Just let people have their fun copycat saying things, it's not hurting anyone" then a few years later, he's super annoyed by people going "LET'S FUCKING GOOOO" , then only to come around and start saying it himself after some time.

now that ik Danny has OCD... and all these years later finding out *i* have OCD... the things like "words being misused" or "nonsense bullshit words that mean nothing" being used as if it has meaning, and EVERYONE wont stop using it constantly for like multiple years straight... damn, i really relate to this so hard, and now i understand WHY i relate to this.

@@braydenchadwick9836 i hate that im bad at spelling. i hate it so much. its like being stupid, but aware enough to KNOW youre stupid, and its just... pain. tbh. at least YT comments lets you edit it if someone points out a mistake. very grateful for that.

The small discussion around the 11 minute mark really shows the stark contrast between Dan and Arin. Dan gets affected by the zeitgeist and is susceptible to social happenings like hot words and political memes. while Arin literally has no concept or concern for the world outside the room he keeps his figurines in.

Looking back at this, I really have no idea why they were always so resistant to suggestions for games that ended up being perfect for them. I think it's cos Arin was always mad it wasn't _his_ idea first.
