My mother has been making this "satisfying" bun since probably forever. I don't even really know why we call it the Highlands. Perhaps for its hilly appearance. :-)
First, we preheat the oven to 160°C hot air.
Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle it with coarse flour.
Ingredients
4 eggs, 200g sugar, 1 dcl water, 1 dcl oil, 200g semi-coarse flour,
15g of baking powder, 1 ½ spoons of cocoa
Pudding - 1300 ml of milk, 3 custard powders, 6 spoons of sugar.
Bake at 160°C hot air -
Spread the baked hot bun - 3 sour creams mixed with sugar (amount according to taste). We can add cinnamon and also sprinkle with chocolate.
