Union Berlin were top at the start then a horrific 9 losses in a row made them bottom... they only barely survived😰

@@Mr_Muffin3001 Stuttgart is a historic club in Germany, they won the Bundesliga 3 times (the latest being in 2007), they played european competitions (UEFA cup final in 1989), but they went through a more difficult era in the 2010s and early 2020s with 2 relegations in 2. Bundesliga during the period. Last year they were still saved from the relegation by smashing Hamburg in play-offs, but then ONE player came in, by the name of Serhou Guirassy, and totally changed the form of the team, which now finished runner-up of Bundesliga above the great Bayern Munich, and under a Leverkusen team which was invicible this season until the UEL final against Atalanta (defeat 3-0).

The fact that Heidenheim end up with European football after getting promoted (unless Kaiserslautern beat Leverkusen in the DFB Pokal final) is pretty insane. Union Berlin winning it in the dieing minutes of the game to avoid playoffs was neat. Stuttgart ending up in 2nd was really great on their half too. The final day changed quite a lot

Bayer: I won the Bundesliga with 0 defeats and 90 points and I'm the king of the last minute goals 😎 Bayern: I've won the Bundesliga 11 times in a row. Let's finish 3rd this season??? 😂 Bochum surviving basically all the championship and then seeing Union win in the last minutes and placing 16th and going to the play-offs: 🤚😫✋ Düsseldorf: planning the celebrations for a Bundesliga promotion, because the chances of Bochum winning the play-offs is very low 😂 (WARNING: everything is possible 😏) Heidenheim: WIN THIS F*CKING POKAL BAYERN WITH NO "N", P L E A S E 😵

absolutely no one predicted Stuttgart to finish as Bundesliga Runners-up and Heindenheim qualifying for European Football (UECL) (if Leverkusen win the cup) and very few thought of Union Berlin in the Relegation zone
