I'm an Augsburg fan. We were already safe from relegation, it was the last game of the season, we've got two goals past Neuer - it didn't really matter if we lost 2-4 or 2-5. In fact, I was quite happy for Lewy.

I remember him in 2008 when he came to my city's football team Lech Poznan. He scored goal in his first match, and it was very beautiful one. He achieved this all by himself, but also was very lucky tham he had such a good mentors and trainers like Klopp, Guardiola, Ancelotti, Flick etc. And this guy even that he is 33, he is always pushin. Incredible

Robert ist ein würdiger, verdienter und ein menschlich bescheidener, großartiger Rekordbrecher. Gerd Müller ist eine unsterbliche Ikone und Legende des Fußballsports. Zwei Generationen hat es gebraucht diesen Rekord zu brechen. Robert ist jetzt der Sohn des "Fußballgott" Gerd Müller. Ich gönne es dem Robert von ganzen Herzen. Wer wird wohl der Nächste sein? Ich werde es wahrscheinlich nicht mehr erleben (Baujahr 1949). Glückwunsch Robert Lewandowski und schön gesund bleiben.

There's even more taste behind the story. Augsburg's goalkeeper - Giki is also a pole, due to his age not a prime one of a national team but close to it and everyone consider him as a very, very solid keeper, especially this season. I think hes close to top 30 keepers of entire top5 leagues. What he said is that he want to do everything to stop Lewy from breaking Muller record despite of that he like Robert privately. And he did his best- defended 3.2 xG and finally couldnt stop him in the last action. This makes it even more legendary because Giki didn't lied down just to make Lewy happy. Rivalry at the top level.

I'm really not Bayern fan but I was hoping that he'd break the record, he really deserves it. I'm so glad he did it before the whistle went off. I think it's safe to say that he's the best striker in Bundesliga's history, Poland's best player ever and he should've been a Ballon d'or winner too. Legend!

Robert Lewandowski ist without a doubt one of the greatest strikers of Bundesliga history. But the greatest striker will always be Gerd Müller. 365 goals in 427 matches (0,85%). He was 7 times the scorer king and won this title 4 times with 30 goals and more (40, 38, 36, 30).

Nie potfie sobie z tym poradzić he. Mam tą kontuzje cały czas w głowie. Czasy się zmianiają poziom idzie do góry Robert może bardzo szybko stracić ten rekord za kilka lat a tak koło 50 było ciężko kiedykolwiek komuś pobić.

You really saw how the Augsburg manager who is a big Gerd Müller admirer tried everything to stop Lewa from scoring, even when another player was unmarked and was in a great position, they left atleast 2 men with Lewandowski

Nie wiem co miał w głowie..ale wcale zmiany i ławka rezerwowych i wynik 4-2 nie ułatwiało mu zadania..Bayern żeby za chwilę nie miał to co Barca..Leo Messi i długo długo ..nikt..w 11-tce kilku młodszych jest..ale jako cała drużyna już na LM z PSG nie wystarczyło..czas pokaże ..dziś jesteśmy dumni z Roberta..ale ciężkie go życie czeka na " Euro 2020 "..bo wchodzi w inne życie piłkarskie ..wiadomo jakość Naszej piłki jaka jest..nic nie ujmując piłkarzom..ale w klubach grają a w reprezentacji .. wszystko wygląda jak każdy widzi ..poziom meczu ..styl spotkania itd..Robert jest wielki ! dwa jakie sezony pod kątem bramek formy ! nie mówiąc jaki pułap osiągnięć jeszcze lata wstecz..pozdrawiam M

@@sewis1188 Dokładnie.Jak napastnik ma strzelać bramki jeżeli nie dostaje podań w polu karnym.W dzisiejszym meczu miał tyle podań i okazji do zdobycia bramki jak w reprezentacji w pięciu meczach.
