Destiny’s been there for me when the dark encroached on my life, and it’s always there for me even now. I’ll never give up on this game or it’s community in return for what it’s done for me. thank you to all the guardians out there who keep helping out on everyone’s day, I’m proud of all of you I’ve taken some time to reflect on past memories and new ones which have made me realize something: facing our demons is hard, but you can overcome them. the current season taught me that, and with friends nearby helping you along, it becomes even easier. those painful memories are there, but we need to accept them and focus on the good ones. all the good times will be nothing but memories, but what’s so bad about that?

I love this emote and it was an immediate buy at the start of the season. Now knowing the story behind it makes me that much more appreciative of why its in the game.

Time and time again. You prove to be one of the BEST companies I've seen, you stand with your community, and defend it. And even if I kinda don't, like season passes that much, I still have major respect for you, and despite my initial anger during the LN incident, when I heard that it wasn't you, and when you were taking action, and also against a CHEATING company of sorts, damn does it feel good to hear and made me respect you big time. And now I see THIS, this is the cherry on top, and it's so heartwarming to know the origin of that emote, and I wished I could donate to charities, but I just don't have money to do so. And while I may not be able to have the good experiences quite a lot of people have in the community, I'll still root for those who do, even if I myself can't. Some people can have a good clan, or fireteam, but some might just be best as a lone wolf, helping others in times of need, that's where I am best at, determined to keep going to help others, and despite the issues I face with some kinds of people, like one experience with a raid attempt of crypt, some guy argued to a friend complaining he wasn't doing his job right, and he started crying because he was scared of the whole thing, so I stood up the second I heard him. I will defend friends and people who can't defend themselves. The good people, are the people who deserve the recognition, because they help you face tough challenges together, no matter what, the ones that make you laugh, and have fun together. Eyes up guardians, and bungie team, keep defending your community, no matter what, because you are unlike any other I've seen

When I first saw the emote and saw the banner that said "charity item", I was a little confused. "Charity? What's that about? Oh well." Only now, after seeing this...Do I truly understand. Man no matter how much bungie has botched d2 this is one of the reasons why most of us feel in love with the destiny game. Friendship and wanting to belong to a great gaming community. I train German Shepherd Dogs for civilian service work and Police Line for a living, I've also been a huge Destiny fan since 12-2014... It's great seeing Cristian describe his buddy the same way I describe mine, I have two German Shepherd Dogs of my own, the same way I try to put into words is exactly how Cristian says here "He's.. I dunno he's my best friend" In the field of companionship and training and in my personal life I'm approached every day by prospective German Shepherd Dog owners eagerly anxious to take the leap and commit to one of these fantastic animals. questions often come up as to why the breed has a reputation for a uniquely strong bond and Cristian says it as best as I can lol - "once you have one, you'll get it!" My friends poke fun at me for jokingly claiming that every game would be better if it had a German Shepherd Dog - Cristian & Bungie just helped me prove that here! Cheers to this guys what a fantastic & creative way to celebrate your community, dissolving the barrier between the player's world and the virtual one. An unprovoked altruistic tribute executed with Bungie's trademark subtle referential humour. C6 and the Colonel would be proud... and maybe a bit jealous lol
