The bus conversion is spectacular. The space has been beautifully realised and looks phenomenal ... well done. So many features such as the large sink, well rationalized bathroom and toilet areas, huge food prep counter, proper camp oven, articulated multi-funstion zones and lovely wood finishes elevate the liveablity and functionality of the bus and the colours used top it off. Important details have been well designed. However ... Sorry ... . I have a major issue with the animal husbandry (or lack of) for, particularly, your rabbits. The cages they are confined to are far too small, and lack any form of grazing for them. Canines are ideal travellers given their unique evolutionary symbiotic relationship and typical role with us. Felines, on the other hand, to a much lesser extent, as their 'freedom' and lifestyle expression on a bus is much more controlled (inhibited) with little independence or ability to roam nocturnally. This blocks healthy key aspects of their psychological and behavioural development and experiences. Your 'want' to have "cute, cuddly" companions or 'furbabies' (as some people, oblivious to the pathology inherent in anthropomorphising their animals, vomit-inducingly call them) far outweighs their essential need for a quality of life you cannot possibly offer them on a bus ffs. That is a problem ... no? If you cannot see why ... maybe it would be useful for you to talk to an animal welfare specialist ... a small animal Veterinarian for example ... or any other professional. Or anyone, really, that is a responsible pet owner. The bus, though, is fucking cool.

Liz Steeds While I appreciate your concern for our animals I think it is quite rude that you jump to a conclusion based off a short video. We have had our rescue rabbits for about 6 years. They see a small animal vet annually and he tells us every time that they are two of the healthiest rabbits he’s ever seen. Feel free to call him to ask - Dr. Black in Snohomish, WA. Also, they have a very large hutch that maybe wasn’t clear in the video. It spans the entirety of that side of the kitchen. They run around the entire bus multiple times a day and have plenty of space to be bunnies. They also have access to hay 24/7 to as you say, graze. Domestic rabbits love being indoors and a part of the family. I feel sorry for rabbits stuck outdoors in small hutches, getting limited attention. I’d love to know how many years you’ve had rabbits for and how you keep them in your home? Our rabbits are both very loved and very well cared for. And as a side note, I am actually an animal activist and have worked at multiple rescues. My father is also an animal control officer. So please don’t waste your time worrying for our fur kids (yes I use that word proudly). They are all loved and very well cared for everyday of their lives.

What a phenomenal design! I love the incorporation of the emergency doors! It also didn't get a mention in the video, but the mosaic around the heater (sliced agate?) is beautiful :)

@Rach Kate, same here! I live in an apartment but I always make sure that my dogs have their own bedroom wherever I end up living. They aren't just pets, they are family.

We get this question a lot actually but if you clean daily there is no smell. Trust me. So many people over the past two years have come into the bus and been shocked to learn how many animals are in here. I am a clean freak and have a sensitive nose so I really do like to keep it clean and fresh in here :)
