@@omegasol528 meant it was specified that if outer rims people unknowingly knocked out a nikke from tetra they will be volunteered to go jail because mustang's wrath is something they don't want to dealt with. He is definitely not shady, just EXTREMELY overprotective towards her girls to the point of obsession. He definitely will not hesitate to murder the commander if anis died on the battlefield guaranteed.
