We prepare dough for buns without egg white, which allows baking to remain for several days without loss of taste and structure. Ingredients for 12-16 pieces:
Dough:
warm milk - 300 ml.
dry yeast - 7 g.
sugar - 50 g.
salt - 7 g.
egg yolk - 2 pcs.,
flour - 500 (+/-) g.
butter - 80 g.
Filling:
dried fruits (apples) - 250 g.
sugar to taste.
For lubrication:
egg yolk - 1 pc.,
milk - 0.5 tsp
