I can't wait to buy this! I pickup all the differences and nuances of different vanillas, so people saying its redundant if you own others, as a vanilla lover, I disagree, my nose picks up all the differences in vanillas, so i can appreciate them for what they are individually

I agree with you Arlene that this is a beautiful scent. I purchased a small bottle recently and will definitely be repurchasing it in a larger size next time around. This might just be signature scent worthy for me.

I purchased the travel size after smelling in store. I loved it so much I knew I had to have the large bottle! It smells so good on my skin!

A local seller sold decants of this when she got one in the airport and i really liked it.. it wasnt long lasting on me though but i feel like this is great for all season. It is warm but not cloying. Its refreshing but not too light.

Love it! On clothes it is longlasting, in skin it is not. Drydown reminds me of Viva la Juicy Gold Couture.

The moment I tested this, I didnt hesitate to get it 😅 for some reason i fell for it immediately - maybe its that huggable warm feeling it generated in me. I dont really go out to get vanilla scents, but this I did not hesitate. Its classy yet not cloying, and I get compliments whn i have it on. My fav new addition ❤

This one quickly became a staple. It's one of only 2 perfumes my hubby has ever complimented me on (the other one was Olympea). It doesn't remind me of Mon Guerlain. To me It's like Remember Me with spices toned down. Thicker and more sultry than Yes I Am, with the same sexy delicious caramel vibe as Gold Couture.

I smelled this today at my local Shoppers Drug Mart and to me, it smells just like Amo Ferragamo (the one that smells like creamsicles). Although Goddess doesn’t have citrus listed in the notes, for some reason it smells a bit citrusy to me. I like it too but don’t know if I need it.

Wow! I love this. I thought it would smell like ysl libre but nope. It smells like Mon Guerlain! I know Mon Guerlain very well, I have 100ml of every single flanker include the original butter 🧈 in the bow bottle. Maybe it’s just me!

It reminds a lot of the new Kayali fragrance but it’s not identical. I do love it but having the full size Kayali makes me want to stick with the travel size until I run out.

I bought the travel size. Hoping I like it enough to get the full-size. I love lactonic powdery vanillas and don't own any (Full Sizes) of the ones I'm seeing it compared to.

Imo it smells identical to Mon Guerlain with a pinch of ginger. Wouldn’t say it smells like Alien Goddess and I own both Guerlain & Alien.

It reminds me of the Victoria‘s Secret Vanilla Body Spray.. a fresh, light vanilla. It doesn’t last on me unfortunately. It’s pleasant but it doesn’t convince me.

This is the second review about goddess i watch and am intrigued but since you are a lady would you say it's unisex or strictly feminine scent as am looking for a nice vanilla scent and though it's still expensive but probably in few months it will hit discounters but is it unisex or you wouldn't recommend it for men?

I'm not a fan of lavender, but I do appreciate vanilla. Would you recommend? Also, does it smell like YSL Libre? I didn't like any of the Libre, so I hope it doesn't smell like that line

In my opinion this is not similar to libre, maybe it has some vibes such as the elegance... but for me libre is more fresh and floral, this one is warmer and sweeter instead

It's very similar to Mon Guerlain edp,just a little bit sweeter. It also has a very good longevity and a good/moderate projection. 😊

Vanilla absolute is supposed to be dark and leathery. But I supposed you don't get that in the base?

Just got myself a 1oz, I think BG smells most like mon guerlain, but just the lavender… the vanillas are diff, BG is a warm vanilla on my skin so I’m using this as my fall/winter scent, mon guerlain is my summer/spring frag, I’m not buying a larger bottle bc I’m hoping burberry comes out with a intense version ☺️

Notes and impression don't seem to suggest anything goddess like, but I suppose that naming it Heroine (as a counterpart to Hero) would have been very problematic given the proximity to the word heroin. It's still strange that Burberry would choose a name that already has an association with Alien Goddess instead of maybe naming it Burberry Trench Pour Femme (since they are known for their trench coats).

@@DeliciousDelights eh no I don't like the drydown. It reminds me perfume from Oriflame love potion :-) and I am buing only unique ones or perufem that wow me.
