Training/Practice run for an (at the time) upcoming burger-eating contest. I haven't done a burger contest in a few years, so I wanted to see what kind of "speed-eating" shape I was in...
10 minutes. As many burgers as possible. No dunking. Only water from bottles to wash 'em down.
I grilled up 20 burgers--12 Turkey burgers and 8 beef, and went at it! See how many I finish in 10 minutes in this training video. I DID NOT do my self any favors by grilling these extra-long--they were pretty dry, but I figured it probably replicates what the burgers would be like on contest day.
