Exquisite? Not quite the word I'd use. Dirty oil, no hygiene, and just a shit load of sauce to give it any taste. But I guess you get complimentary diarrhoea too so not bad 🤣

Even in the Philippines most street food stalls observes proper hygiene. I may not be from the upper or middle class but I prefer to eat food that's clean and won't give me explosive diarrhea.

Manu L Lol even the US is on a glove shortage right now. Also understand, they’ve probably built up a healthy immunity to those germs at this point. So wearing gloves NOW would probably hurt the individuals.
