Like in zambia which language? bcoz there are 73 tribe's,and when marching which language to use it can take time, English is okay as an official language

He was being given a state funeral, at the expense of the state. There was an expectation that the proceedings would be a language all the citizens in the state can understand. Whoever wants to have a funeral at which all the proceedings are in his family's language should have his family pay for the funeral themselves
