What does this 99-year lease hold thing mean? I buy a house there and in 99 years the government takes it from my heirs? I mean, if Africa does not developes that well then noboby will care, but if Fumba Town will be a metropolis then it would be quite sad to lose this great investment.

Your heirs will have to renew the leasehold agreement if interested in holding the property for the next 99 years.
