Hallo sieht alles appetitlich aus die Farben vom Gemüse liebe ich mache einiges auch ähnlich das schmeckt immer lecker 😋😋 Was mich etwas verwundert warum wird an der Zucchini z.B. so viel abgeschnitten finde es schade ist nicht nötig . Liebe Grüße und guten Appetit.

Die vielen Eier und der Käse ist nicht gut zum Abnehmen. Ein Ei hat 80 Kalorien und dann kommt noch der Käse hinzu. Aber die Soßen werde ich probieren. ❤❤❤
