@@trippintr there's a number of worlds in the kyogoku and there's also the bleach realm. There's also a giant race of shinigami. Kubo probably intented it to be like the endless One Piece but thought he got ahead of himself and wanted to finish off the story.

Dragons a bit different! It’s more they are made from animals’ souls and even not all of them is corrupted like hollows! I think some of dragons born with mixed soul particles and only the dark dragons is corrupted ! Hollows created only from humans’ souls and all of them is aggressive and lethal but a lot of dragons is not they are more wilds Than lethal I think there is hollows too but because there is so many dragons they eat most of them (Well dragons is deadlies too because they said around 70% of deaths made them soo… but Still they are less aggressive and corrupted) Even some dragons can speak so i really think they are made from mixed soul particles but dark dragons is more similar with hollows

I think it's confirmed somewhere that Burn the Witch takes place at the same time as the epilogue of Bleach/Prologue of the Hell Arc which is easily 10+ years since the end of the Thousand Year Blood War. Edit: I just read that Kubo himself said that it's set 12 years after the Thousand Year Blood War and 2 years after the final chapter of Bleach.

Its the same universe. Bleach took place in a remote area of japan. Soul society mirrored that entire area of japan. Burn the witch takes place in Europe. Its the western soul society branch. So "witches" are basically the western translation of shinigami. Dragons are the western Hollows. Magic = Kido Reverse London = Soul Society. It's all one world. Fun fact: it's rumored that Urahara came from a different branch before joining soul society. So he might be from reverse london, or there might be a south branch as well.

@@Ayeato I think it's a cultural representation, which might be some overarching thing kubo is doing. Hollow are based off of ayakashi (i believe is the name) which is a japanese/eastern folklore creature that dawns a black body with a special mask. They're what we in america would basically consider our "ghosts". So it makes sense that in the afterlife in the east, the creature they'd run into is what the living and dead most fear-- ayakashi/hollow (masked creatures) In London, and europe there's so much lore and europe is credited with creating the history and look of the "cool" dragons most people know today. (Dragons in other countries weren't the big fire breathing large wing scary gods.. they were legit over grown lizards.) So keeping on brand of the afterlife being formed with what people most believe in as the "mystical"... it makes sense West Branch has dragons. In a sense they all are hollows. We've just given them a different name. You know? That's atleast what I'm getting from it. (Also the London lore seems to be directly based on Arthurian Lore. Because they have heroes and dragons named after fairy tales.)
