@@tontonbonnet7397 oh most definitely dancehall has major influence. I would dare say afrobeat is de Nigerian style dancehall. It is a little influenced by 90s east coast rap, which goes back to JA again, so JA creativity out here for a min. Before I know this term afrobeat, I would listen to p square or seyi shay n they had some real 90s dancehall style songs. I think dancehall by Nigerian artists is being lumped into afrobeat and it not entirely correct. Nigerians living in de UK get exposed to de strong West Indian influence

That's why BURNA is the pioneer of AFRO-FUSION. It is essentially its own Genre. The best way i can describe AFRO-FUSION is: Afrobeat is the core , then infused with other flavors: Amapiano, Dancehall, R&B and rap dependent on the vibe they are trying to create. "UNAVAILABLE" by Davido and MUSA KEYS is another great example of AFRO-FUSION. In that instance , it is with an amapiano flavor.
