Powerful is right! I've been enthralled by music since I was a kid in the late 70's. I've heard it all from disco to trip hop. No band has the soul and timelessness as the Spear. Burning Spear music is like having a great friend.

Excellent! I wish I was there.... lucky you. I could have been, considering i live in Victoria... I just didn't know they were playing here at the time. Luckily the concert was recorded and put on the net. I just happened to come across this concert while searching the net for Burning Spear concerts. Hopefully you know how to convert the KZfaq video to mp3. This concert is superb in it's quality and the Spear is on fire throughout. I love having this concert on my Iphone to listen to anytime. Too bad there is no video as well though... Was it an amazing night?

soucar78 I'm glad you enjoyed yourself here in Canada. Which part of the world are you from? I've travelled all over the world, I might have visited your country. Lastly, you may want to check out my Kayak to Hornby Island videos. I took a month off work and solo paddled almost half way up Vancouver Island. The scenery in the videos is amazing. It was great to get away from city life and get out there spending weeks on end in nature. I'm really happy with how my videos turned out.
