I have to say I'm surprised Celtic are celebrating Rabbi Burns with his links to slavery. I was expecting a statement from the Green Brigade demanding that the club distance itself from Burns due to his involvement in slavery, colonialism ect. Oh well, it seems like Rabbi Burns get a pass . He is national poet of the country after all.

There are masons and there masons. The anti Catholic ones mainly reside in the west of Scotland. In Canada and the USA there are as many Catholic Masons as non Catholic ones. I almost joined myself once when living in Kingston Ontario, and it was a Catholic Mason who invited me.
