Burns Road Keema Fry is a popular Pakistani dish! Here's a recipe ,
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless beef or mutton pieces
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
3. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are golden.
4. Add beef or mutton pieces and cook until browned.
5. Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.
7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice, roti, or naan.
