Very well explained. Theories mostly make us feel bored but the way u explained has cleard my concept. Make more videos for Rbi grade b as we have limited resources. So kindly make more such videos on every topic of Rbi grade b syllabus.

Sir I'm novice for finance and management, so can you please upload the topics in detail that we should study from management apart from the syllabus given by sebi. The reason why I'm saying this, when I started Solving the MCQ, I found many topics which I haven't done yet, and according to SEBI syllabus, I didn't find them in it, but they are part of management. Please help

Management is a wide subject... i have covered almost all the topics In detail ... however MCQ need practice and techniques as well..... as sometimes you may find questions which you have not even heard of ..... So keep practicing and work on your errors ....

Sir I have a question . Earlier we read bass transformational theory and now this burns transformational theory. So will the examiner (RBI grade b) ask by the name of the theorist, like - *Explain bass transformational theory*. And if the question comes as - *What is transformational theory of leadership* Then how do we know that which one to explain ? Please answer my query sir 🙏 And thanks for all the lectures 🙏♥️

@@dramitlal one more question sir . The leadership theories in this playlist are way too many. Even The Stephen Robins book on OB doesn't have this many theories. Do I need to study leadership this much for RBI grade b ?

It is difficult to predict a competitive exam. If syllabus says leadership and its theories. We must have an idea about it
