Yep, i think he had some regrets on his personal relationships and he's seen a lot of friends pass away over the last several years. It made me sad watching some of his recent interviews before he passed away. 😥

Agreed...some important things in his life seemed unfulfilled for him. A good woman to love and to love him back and more children. According to his last book, he didn't have a real great relationship with his son. Loni took him across the country and tarnished Burt in his eyes. He therefore didn't really have the chance to raise him in the way he had hoped. Very sad. He deserved better. He seems very nostalgic for all his friends who are gone. So if you don't have a loving family at home in your daily life, to share in your memories, I imagine he got pretty lonely.

Divorce and pain will do that

I don't mind t/hair piece & don't think it made him any less of a man. He began balding on top at a pretty young age. Truth be told, when you're that age (30's/40's) & balding, it easily adds 10 yrs onto how you look. They didn't have hair transplant options back then. But he did one too many tweaks to his face, which makes me sad. He was aging really well & did some minimal eye work in his 60's which looked good! (getting rid of sagging eyelids, normal stuff). But he should've stopped! We have to remember how hard it is to be in that business & your face is blown up on a huge screen. But he rec'd horrible advice to do more & clearly had an incompetant Dr. He eventually grew into it, but that took another decade. So there's a lot of films he did during that time where he should've looked a lot better. Doing too much counters what your true objective is. Really unfortunate for him.

Her MASSIVE greed was dispicable. Took him to t/cleaners in t/divorce & got way more than she deserved. He had a terrible pre-nup/terrible lawyers. He lost millions in a bad business deal (more bad advice/bad lawyers) prior to their marriage, so she knew he was already digging himself out of a huge hole. She cheated, he wanted out & instead of parting w/class, she buried him & used their child to hurt him in t/divorce. ZERO respect for her. A very ugly person.

U didn't

Actually he was at his peak physically in the late 90s (not too much earlier than this/2005). Beyond clear he went WAY over the top w/ plastic surgery here. I don't think he looks 50 or 'good' :/ lol. Just very plastic. Fortunately, he wasn't 'sick' cause he's still here in 2018.

He could not have been 83, he died at age 82 last week.

He did not need this last round of "tweaking" on his face, too much! (Who are these Doctors who do such bad work? Esp on someone so famous) Prior to this he was looking really good! More bad advice...The last few years of his life his heart was obviously failing him, hence his frailty, and a very arthritic body in pain from all his prior injuries from sports and film/tv stunts. 😞

Agreed! Didn't need it at all...where were his people to tell him no...you're great, just the way you are.
