요즘같이 더운 날씨에 딱 맞는 맛집을 소개해드릴게요. 바로 부산 동래에 위치한 '고메밀면'인데요. 밀면, 갈비탕, 칼국수까지 다양하게 맛볼 수 있는 곳입니다.
부산동래맛집 고메밀면은 밀가루 대신 고구마와 메밀로 만든 면을 사용해서 소화불량 걱정 없고 포만감이 오래가요. 육전이랑 각종 야채가 푸짐하게 들어가서 배부르게 먹을 수 있답니다.
고메밀면에서는 특이하게 육전이 고명으로 올라가 있어요. 고기랑 같이 곁들여 먹으니까 훨씬 맛있더라고요. 육수는 한방 재료로 우려냈다고 해서 깊고 진한 풍미가 느껴졌어요. 새콤달콤한 양념소스와의 조화도 훌륭했습니다.
큼지막한 그릇에 담겨 나온 해물칼국수에는 바지락, 홍합, 새우 등 싱싱한 해산물이 듬뿍 들어있었어요. 면도 쫄깃쫄깃 탱탱하니 식감 좋았고, 깊은 국물 맛 또한 예술이었답니다.
고메밀면에서는 들깨칼국수와 바지락칼국수 두 가지를 팔고 있는데, 저는 개인적으로 고소한 맛 나는 들깨칼국수를 더 좋아해요. 쫄깃쫄깃한 면과 버섯, 애호박 등 각종 채소가 들어있어서 식감도 풍부하고, 걸쭉하니 고소한 국물이 일품이랍니다.
푸짐한 양과 부드러운 고기를 맛볼 수 있는 '갈비탕'
맑은 국물 자랑하는 갈비탕에는 커다란 갈빗대가 통째로 들어가 있었어요. 뼈 잡고 살코기를 뜯어 먹는데 어찌나 부드럽던지, 입안에서 살살 녹아버리더라고요. 간장 소스에 살짝 찍어 먹어도 맛있고, 밥 말아서 깍두기나 배추김치 곁들여 먹는 것도 최고였습니다.
수제손만두라고 해서 시켜봤는데, 모양새부터가 남다르더라고요. 기계로 만든 게 아닌 사람 손으로 직접 빚어서 정성 가득 담긴 느낌이었어요. 한입 베어 물으니 육즙이 좌르르 흐르고, 감칠맛 나서 계속 먹게 되더라고요. 강추합니다!
가게 규모가 꽤 큰 편인데다가 전체적으로 깔끔한 인상을 주는 곳이에요. 테이블 간 간격도 널찍해서 손님 많아도 복잡한 느낌 전혀 들지 않더라고요. 직원분들도 친절하셔서 식사 내내 기분 좋게 머물다 올 수 있었답니다.
고메밀면 본점은 건물 하나 통째로 식당이기 때문에 주차장도 널찍하게 마련되어 있어요. 단체석도 완비되어 있어 회식이나 모임 장소로도 추천드립니다.

Let me introduce you to a good restaurant that's perfect for this hot weather. It's Gomemilmyeon in Dongnae, Busan. You can enjoy a variety of Milmyeon, Galbitang, and Kalguksu.
Busan Dongrae Restaurant Gourmet Noodles uses noodles made of sweet potatoes and buckwheat instead of flour, so you don't have to worry about indigestion and stay full. It contains plenty of meat pancakes and various vegetables, so you can eat it full.
In Gourmet Noodles, the meat pancakes are uniquely garnished. It tastes a lot better with meat. I heard the broth was brewed with oriental ingredients, so I felt the deep and rich flavor. The combination with the sweet and sour sauce was excellent, too.
The seafood noodle soup in a large bowl contained plenty of fresh seafood, including clams, mussels, and shrimp. The noodles were chewy and chewy and had a good texture, and the deep taste of the soup was also amazing.
They sell two kinds of noodle soup with perilla seeds and noodle soup with clams, and I personally prefer the savory noodle soup with perilla seeds. It has chewy noodles, mushrooms, zucchini, and other vegetables, so the texture is rich, and the savory soup is excellent because it's thick.

I ordered it because it was handmade, but the shape was unique. It wasn't machine-made, but it was handmade and filled with sincerity. When I took a bite, the juice flowed and I kept eating it because it was savory. I highly recommend it!
The store is rather large and gives an overall neat impression. The space between the tables was spacious, so even with a large number of customers, it didn't feel complicated at all. The staff was kind and I was able to stay happily throughout the meal.
The main branch of Gomemil-myeon is a restaurant with a large parking lot. Group seats are also available, so it is recommended as a place for company dinners and gatherings.
