Bush Beans - Sitao Green Beans

It is my first time to grow green beans. I chose the “Bush Sitao” type, hoping I would not need any support like a pole or trellis because I have limited space and height in my condominium. So in this video, we shall go through the journey of growing Bush Sitao from seeds using hydroponics.

Nice video! Thank you for sharing that! Makes me want to grow my own food especially with the food crisis that we keep hearing about in the news. I found your comment funny that you cut the growing stalk because it was getting too tall and you didn’t want the giant to come down hahahaha.

What a great video, thank you! I've been looking all over for Bean growing info, especially with PH recommendations. I'm was a bit confused though, when you discussed half strength, vs. full strength, you were saying that full strength is: 5.28/5.28/2.64g or was that half strength for beans? I know that's pretty close to my mix for lettuce, so just wanted know if that would be strong enough? Thanks again, and happy growing!

hi! the 5.28/5.28/2.64 is full strength, which is the same formula i use also for lettuce. i use half strength (i.e. full strength mixed with 1/2 treated water) when the third leaf or true leaf appears. thanks for watching!
