Hi Gavin! Thank you for all of the outstanding and brilliant music you've composed and recorded and for all of the amazing live performances and concerts. Thank you for all you have dedicated and contributed to art. I also want to thank you exorbitantly for your culinary advice. I recently saw an interview where you explained how you try and eat healthy food on the road. You described how you place two eggs in the microwave for two minutes, add avocado and put it on toast and it is the breakfast of champions. I recently tried this and I cannot express how much easier this is than cooking eggs on a pan. The whole reason I rarely ate eggs is because of how much is involved cooking them in a pan. I now place three eggs in a bowl, add a little milk, whisk it with a fork and heat in the microwave for three minutes. I then place the eggs on a piece of whole wheat toast, add romaine lettuce, a slice of bell pepper and pour a little extra virgin olive oil on top. Gavin, this is one of the most delicious and nutritious meals anyone could eat and it is all thanks to your generosity in sharing this tip. Keep rocking!

Gavin, I met you about 6 years ago, I think 5 or 6, in Oahu Hawaii at the Hawaii 5-0 opening. I've been a huge fan since 1994, still am. I was determined to meet you face to face and had so many questions, I've never been star struck before, met plenty celebrities. I snuck around back and hung out till I seen you, called out your name and I couldn't believe you actually came over. Of course first time ever, star struck, I couldn't put my thoughts together and pretty sure you thought I was some wack job, but you were still cool and took a picture with me, even though the chick who took the pic did a horrible job at it. Then went around front to watch you perform and you put on an awesome set.
