Not a problem you can create the same report for Accounts by market after that you will be able to see the report for dashboard components

@@sahifasabreen7843 so apparently salesforce has been updated and no longer has the add component button. click on add widgets and you will see the options you need to use i.e. the graphs and so on

Be careful to mark the checkbox below which says 'Bucket remaining values as Other' otherwise it may give the error and if u make any changes to the report then the report in the dashboard breaks, so make sure to re-add the component

To solve this problem go to 'High Value Residential' report and drag the component or field "Billing state/province " from 'Group coloumn' to Columns and click save & run And also refresh the Dashboard Team Scoreboard, It worked for me

If you think you have no errors after checking the challenge, Nothing's wrong here. You just need to refresh the Dashboard and check if the 'Rated Accounts by State' report has data.

Yes, I have successfully checked the challenge. Please follow this step: At the Bottom of the rated accounts by state, you can see the ''Detail Rows" Hide it, Save & Refresh the page. If you're still seeing this error "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Couldn't find an "Account Distribution" component that is 6 cells wide by 11 cells high. ".Go to your Team scoreboard and arrange each according to their cells wide and cells high.. It will work out for you...

I was getting this error all the time, even creating additional playgrounds to see why. The error message is actually very confusing. It CAN find the report but it can't find the 'matrix' report. Once you complete the additional steps i.e creating a matrix, you'll stop getting his message.

Found an incorrect number of values for the open support cases components

You must have entered a wrong value under “Open Support Cases” component for “Max values displayed”. It has to be 15.

for Residential value Go to setup - account - Field & relationships - Search type - in Account Type Picklist Values - Click New - and type there Residential - and Save it
