- 200g Potato
- Water for boiling potato
- Steam for 20 minutes or until tender
- 1/8Tsp Salt
- 2Tbsp 50g Flour
- Mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
- 1 Egg
- 20ml Milk
- 50g Flour
- Bread crumbs
