Melanie do you have to do everything on social media, such as trying to find your challengers. Can you find or look for challengers outside of social media? For example, if you're in the store, at the park, make a flyer, etc...

Hi, im new!!

Hello from Pittsburgh! Question: New coach here. I've read a lot comments from people who have been "friended out of the blue" and then promptly asked to join a group or event. They feel like they've been "duped" or friend requested for business. I'm wondering how do you combat that? I've been trying to think of ways to invite, since I know that's the most important thing. Do you invite people to challenge groups personally through IM, or do you post an event to your personal page, and invite them sort of by happenstance. THANKS!
