I would like to draw your attention to the fact in your recent video about Bahria Orchard phase 4 SQ Homes , there r many things hidden in this video, showing 25 lac but its 50 lac and after may be more . you mentioned that this scheme is good plan for lower income groups to get a place to live. I would expect that a big influencer like you would have done some research on the background of the scheme itself. I would like to like inform you that Bahria Orchard Phase-4 where these SQ homes are being built is not yet an LDA approved scheme. LDA does not take any responsibility of any transaction being done by anyone in this scheme. In this regard your video can potentially cause harm to the potential home owners or investors. I hope you understood my concern and would take appropriate action.

Appartments specially in bahria type of areas are not for low cost living mostly for other purposes had a very bitter experience of bahria Rawalpindi phase 8 bought a 2 bed Appartment for living and when visited are the Neghbour were strange and suspicious so the halal earners specially overseas please be very careful before buying any Appartment in far areas from the city.

Planned questions and answers just for marketing purpose. 50 lac too much high price, Intact they are selling 5 Marla in 1 crore 50 lac. No parking, just back yard space. They person who was questioning didn't ask about gas. Without personal vehicle can't live there. This project is only for investors. As they were talking about rent, no family will want to live in student area.

Most of the things told in this video are wrong and just a part of marketing. Very congested place. It looks like as either land I'd not 5 Marla, or not used properly. Such a house can be planned in 4 Marlas easily. TV Lounge has no gap between TV and sitting place. Dining table place, is a place worth of 2 chairs. Person explaining here is not telling the right things. Everyone can see, that doors are not locally made as local made doors don't come with packing polythene. These are Chinese made doors available in this condition. Price Bahria Islamabad going to ask from the customers is not expected to be less than one crore, sooner or later.

There are some confusions and need clarification. The same are as under:- a. Size of the plot has not been told. 5 marlas is a confusing unit as it is different in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad. Please tell the length and width of the plot in feet. b. Cost of the house is told as Rs 5,000,000 and is claimed that is cheaper than plot .

Further Comments:- c. You will sell only one floor. It has not been told that the price is for the first floor or the whole building from bottom to top. If you are selling one floor for 50 lakh then who will be the owner of the land/plot. d. Will it be properly transferred and the registry will be provided to the purchaser by concerned Govt authorities? e.you have talked that water, sanitation, and electricity are provided. They were working as shown. What about Sui Gas. Who will provide the same and who will bear the expenditures of pipeline and meter fixing? f. Store room and Garage are not available in the house shown. I think you will clarify each and every observation for the consumption of your clients.

سر برا نہ منائے پراپرٹی کا بیڑا غرق کرنے والے بھی بحریہ کے بسنس مین جیسے لوگ ہے جس پراپرٹی کی قیمت 10 روپے تھی اسے صرف اپنے فائدے کے لیے 10 سے 100 روپے کر کے بیچ رھے ہیں اور اب ایسے باتیں کرتے ہیں جیسے احسان عظیم کر رہے ہیں جب کے اصل قیمت ہی یہی ہے
