A lot better. 2 very influential dragons which would both add very valuable separate aspects and could dilute after getting their money back which they surely would in no time and would still make plenty even on a diluted share as they helped the business grow.

I think she initially went for him because she's seen what he's done with levi roots, a product from a similar background as hers. She ended up going alone, and for the best it seems!

As much as I could follow the lady's reasoning, it seemed obvious that she wouldn't pick Peter. She wanted to give away a low percentage, and she wanted 2 dragons. He wasn't willing to budge, wasn't willing to share, and was being a dick just for the hell of it. It was as unexpected as it gets.
