ALL OF THESE except the chalkboard and mute work in bedrock edition if u scroll down to the cheats section of the world settings while not on the world and turn on the “education edition” toggle

The only way to obtain the camera in bedrock edition is to use an inventory / nbt editor

No, there are no border blocks in the normal bedrock edition. You would need to enable the education edition in the world settings

To enter the border blocks, just do /wb then it works. But you can't just jump over it because it doesn't work so you dig down then you break the blocks while wb. Or you can build up and jump down and forward. And if you put any natural block or redstone blocks you can get more blocks for your building.

I have education edition in minecraft. Did you also know that in minecraft education edition you can spawn an agent and code it to do stuff for you. Like farming crops for you, building things and bracking blocks.
