Yes because before giving birth they give the pregnant lady Aciclovir and desinfect the area very well so it doesn't spread to the baby during the birth process or they opt for a ceasarian instead of natural to be safe

In order to diagnose Genital herpes , its important to know about signs and symptoms of this ailment. The patient may be asymptomatic, and the disease unrecognized. Local symptoms consist of painful ulceration, dysuria, vaginal or urethral discharge. Systemic symptoms are much more common in primary than in non-primary or recurrent disease. Systemic symptoms consist of fever and myalgia. Rarely, systemic symptoms may be the only evidence of infection.

Not exactly, its HSV1 and HSV 2. But it seems oral sex has contributed to blur the difference between the 2 types of herpes viruses

Had a doctor's appointment today and asked. You can if you don't use protection but it's less likely! As long as there aren't sores. But my dr said condoms are definitely the right way to go
