As a CNA what really saddens me is that families take their elderly and just dumped them in nursing home and then never see him again. You never know the last time you're going to see someone.

My husband and I have been blessed that our daughter and son-in-law live with us. They wanted to, because we are both disabled, so we recently bought a house together that's big enough for all of us. So that they could always be around to help out. We get hang out with our grandkids anytime, too! Our other son is building a ramp onto it to make it more wheelchair accessible. We love it!

Very important to learn for young adults. We are so busy with our lives that we forget to spend some time with loved ones and sometimes it is sad that the grown children abandon their parents who loved them. There are two quotes that Dhar Mann once said from his videos which he tries to change lives on his channel. As the great Dhar Mann once said "don't take the time you have with your parents for granted because one day, they won't be around anymore. Sometimes we are too busy with our lives that we forget our parents are growing old". Another valuable quote from Dhar is "we can always get more money but we cannot buy more time. Time is valuable than money so spend time with the people you love because will never get back time". We should find a way to balance out things with work and life.

You should always appreciate your parents . You never know this might be the last time you'll see them .

My mother used to share her childhood memories with me and I used to laugh so much. She is almost bedridden now and I literally babysit her. I am vigilant about whether her pills are in stock or not and whether she has taken her pills. Not only that, there are other things which we need to do for her and she has tears in her eyes when we do that. 😓😓😓😓😓😓 Sometimes it happens that it becomes important to take her to doctor and she says "oh, I will be alright in a little while," and then we have to be strict with her and sometimes scold her to take her to the doctor. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ "I think you must take that call." "Oh, it's not important." Well, parents are very very important." 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Remember kids folks youngsters your mom and dad love you no matter what even your mom a mother's love is truly strong don't ignore or take advantage of loved ones enjoy the time you do when you can Remember your mom loves you the most and wants what's best even when I'll or sick love and tend to her like a queen with respect

Oh my GOD such as selfish and wicked son; This woman bought him into the world and the disrespect and distain he exhibit towards his mom was disgraceful. The ending was heart warming and beautiful; both actors really owned their parts. Fabulous ending!

It's sad that he did that to his Mom! She's obviously not in very good health and is living with him because she has to! He needs to be grateful that he still has her! I hope and pray that if I end up with my son when I get older he treats me better than that!

I lost my mom 2 years ago. The pain is still fresh. I miss her so much!

I don't have family I was adopted but my adoptive father died back on 2013, my adoptive aunt, uncle, cousin's live in Ottawa Ontario, that's 5 hour's away from me. To bad I don't have family around me. Yes people should take care of their family because they were the ones that had you so please respect your family, love them the best that you can.

They did for us and now it's time for us to take care of them while they are still with us. Our Mother is at Hospice care at home and we all take care of her ❤ with love and prayers ❤.

Love this episode. My daughter hates me she's bipolar and she's very mean to me. I love her alot but it's the same. This made me cry got COVID while I was at her house I guess I over stayed my welcome I'm homeless but I'm ok. She landed up beating me up. I forgive her but I'm still afraid of her this isn't the only time she's done this but I'm ok haven't spoken to her not sure I want too. But I have a grandson who is her son. And I treasure him and love him so much

For all those young people who gets irritated with their parents when they can’t understand latest electronic items... please remember that there was a time when you could not hold a pencil or even a spoon.. your parents were the ones who taught you. For young ppl who don’t spend even 15 minutes with their parents... remember there was a time when your parents would wake up day and night to feed you / support you during your exams / take care of you when you were ill.... It’s time to return the love they showered on you ... remember you will be a parent one day and you certainly would want your kids to love and respect you ... This was such a great story. It was great that he got a chance to change.

I lost my mom last January 2021 due to severe pneumonia and she was positive in Covid19. it was only 4 days in the hospital before she died. We prayed for her health but she died. It was my first time that I questioned God why her which she does not deserve to die since she has to help those people who seek help to her. And as for me, I felt like I could saved her. I felt failed. But I realized that maybe there was a reason why she gone. Maybe it's because she got exhausted and deserved to rest. I love my mom, always... for those people who do not care to their parents, please do not take them for granted. cherish them, bond with them while they are still around you. Do your best to be with them.. love your parents.
