Order ke sath kuchh party's ko advance payment dena padta hai uska adjustment purchase me hota hai uska customization ho sakta hai kya?

Dear Sir, No customization is required. First enable the Bill-by-Bill feature (Administration -> Configuration -> Features & Options -> Accounts -> Bill-by-Bill) for the Payment voucher with Bill-by-Bill adjustment. After enabling this feature, post the payment voucher and adjust the amount into the purchase voucher.

Sir, when we enter sales order, can we get deficiency of these product to issue purchase orders

Dear Sir, Yes We have that. Please follow the below steps --> Display --> Order Processing --> Pending Orders --> Sales Order (Item wise or Party wise) --> All Item --> All Accounts --> Show Item Current Stock & Deficiency --> Keep (Y) --> OK. Press F4 (Key) to post the Purchase order with respect to deficiency Quantity.

any shortcut or effecient way to convert sales order to sales without filling party name gst type,date as there is high chance of human error in manually changing of these things and also if there are 20 orders pending then its hard to see which party order is pending and need to be convert in sales as there is no visual data available we have to go to display tab to view pending

There is query please help me to resolve this. Ek order hai 5000 LBS ka, Customer ny ziada Kapra bana daydia like 6500. Jub mai quantity recv karha ho from Material Recv from Pary screen say to mujy error day raha hai "Qty Adj more then the Quantity Ordered." Isko kis tarha sy resolve karay gy? Kio k yeh to normally hota hai kai ziada kabhi kam ho sakta hai .. please help to resolve this query

Dear Sir, Syncing is possible through multi user with LAN. Alternatively, if you are using the Mobile app, cloud, or Branch management, it can be synced automatically over the internet.

To enable Order Management in Busy, you can follow the steps given below: 1. Go to Administration. 2. Select Features and Options. 3. Navigate to Inventory. 4. Enable the feature "Order Management." 5. Now, you will have the "Sales Order" and "Purchase Order" menus under the display section.
