Here's the method to my madness. This is where I show how quick and easy it is to set up and an overall look on how and why I built it the way I did. Nothing is perfect (especially the 1st time you try something) and I look forward to making the changes to make this better and better.

I'm really enjoying the prototyping. could it help to glue some strips of plywood onto the longer pieces to make them more rigid?

I'd have to get moisture resistant plywood to be sure it won't swell up too much. However I ultimately don't think that would be worth the extra cost when I can just double up on the 2x4 like I did for the ridgepole. Which is what I'm planning on doing for sure.

I really don't think this is your best work and that you will end up fighting getting in and out and around more than it is worth.

Agreed which is why I'm gonna try to make a double bell wedge where the entrance is on the side. The tent right now is a place holder to see how feasible this idea is. I really like how easy and fast it is to set up. That'll be really useful when I'm going to back to back events. Hopefully I can lay some ground work to give you guys some ideas to make your own build. My main concern right now is is it worth making a video if no one really wants to see it.
