Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1½cup (200g)
Butter(unsalted) - 1cup (225g)
Sugar - 1cup (200g)
Egg - 4
Milk - ¼cup (60ml)
Baking powder - 1tsp (4g)
Vanilla essence - 1tsp (5ml)
Salt - ¼tsp
Pan size 7"

I am about to try this recipe, but I'll cut the ingredients in half since it will just be for me. I'll let you all know how it turns out. 😊 *update* It came out amazing!!! I did ended up halving the ingredients and was able to fit it in a loaf pan. I used evaporated milk instead of regular milk, since thats the only form of milk i had. It came out so soft and fluffy, with the edges being brown and crispy. I still baked it for the time that was on the video. Will be keeping this in my recipes. Was very fun to make as well. Would go great with ice cream too. The cake itself is not that sweet, which is a plus! Thank you for the recipie.🥰
