▶Ingredients
Butter (soft) 100 g (1/4 cup + 3 tbsp)
Sugar 30 g (for egg yolks) (2 Tbsp)
2 egg yolks (room temperature)
Flour 100 g (3/4 cup)
Milk 30 ml (room temperature) (1/8 cup)
2 egg whites (room temperature)
Sugar 60 g (for egg whites) (1/3 cup)
Cake pan size (20x10x7cm)
▶Bake in a preheated oven at 160° C for 45-50 minutes
