Butter Chicken
Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 350 grams
Butter - 4 tbl spoon
Fresh cream - 4 tbl spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - ¼ teaspoon
Garam masala - ¾ teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Cashews - 10 to 15
Half lemon
Salt
Sugar - ½ teaspoon
Kasuri methi - 1 teaspoon

Oh God, same. It's amazing how distracting background noise and constant chatting can be when your trying to focus on cooking and putting your heart into it, but that's probs maybe just me and a few others. If you can cook with hella noise, more power to you 🙏🏼

Please always add cream at the last otherwise it will release all it’s ghee in the gravy …I have tried so many of your dishes, they turned out to be too 🤤
