BUTTER CHICKEN
½ kilo chicken breast fillet, sliced
2 tbsps. butter
1 white onions, chopped
1 tbsps. minced garlic
1 tbsps. minced ginger
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsps. garam masala
1 tsp. turmeric powder
2 cinnamon sticks
2-3 tbsps. tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped cilantro (wansuy)
Salt, pepper, sugar, to taste
Top with more butter
2 cups basmati rice
3 cups water

All your recipes are proven really good 👍 It’s proven cuz I have tried cooking it at home 🏡 there are other recipes from other chef that when I cook it it’s not as good that’s why I only go to your older videos and I try to follow it I’m from California Medyo malayo seafood city but when I do go grocery I make sure that I get what I need

Basta chicken recipes mo chef ang sarap sarap talaga, (well lahat naman na recipes mo perfect). Even if it is international cuisine you tweak it na hindi masyado overpowering and malasa talaga. I followed your peri peri and 40 cloves garlic super sarap both, and i recommended it too sa brother ko. Thanks chef rv, will try this too..
