Your government controlled doctors have been lying to you. The more cholesterol you eat, the less your liver has to produce. The more "heart healthy" oils you consume, the weaker your arteries become and have to be patched by cholesterol so that they do not rupture. Think about it. They way that "heart healthy" oils "work" to lower your blood cholesterol is by it depositi g in your arteries...

Good to see Raju Omlet video since i hailed from same city of Baroda in Gujarat. Though i m health freak whenever i visit Baroda i make a visit here. Guys who think its too much butter, i bet if yiu try this once u will become fan. Secondly its costly affaiir a single omlet dish here is 80bucks and more. Boil Tikka, Butter bhurjee & Boil crush is some popular dishes. Yusuf's omlet at Sayajigunj & Raju omlet at Karelibaug should be must visit for egg lovers.
