INGREDIENTS:-
1/2 CUP + 1/4 CUP SUGAR
1-2 pinch baking soda
2 tsp butter or ghee
6-7 ALMONDS
6-7 cashews
3/4 to 1 cup fresh cream or malai
1 cup chilled heavy cream
1/4 cup condensed milk or sugar ( Optional, add if it is necessary )
1 tsp vanilla essence or butter scotch essence
5-6 bread slices

I made this today. My first time working with caramel. The trick is that u have to be really fast for this step bcz the caramel hardens quickly. The dessert turns out really nicely. Thanku for the recipe.

Tried it out. It turned out pretty good, scrumptious. My caramel turned out thicker than yours. If anyone else has a similar issue then i’d suggest adding water to make it less viscous.

I made this but found it really hard as the caramel dried and got hard very quikly as soon as i turned the gas off, it was very tasty though but not as easy as you make it look

I agree one hundred percent it is a difficult dessert my caramel became hard took ages to mix up with cream even then there were soom hard parts that didnt dissolve in cream 😒
