Why did I watch every vacuum cleaner infomercial everyday when I was young 😂

I was in this infomercial! I'm the pregnant lady going down the stairs and talked about the canister vac at the end. I really did love the vacuum.

I saw an Oreck today and had to find these old commercials, used to watch these as a kid between my cartoons. The Oreck man always seemed friendly.

It's true. Bagless vacuum cleaners are awful. I learned that when we bought a Kirby. And 5 years later. It didn't crap on me like a cheap bagless Wal-Mart vacuum. It still works like a charm and I love changing a bag. It's so much cleaner and simpler than a bagless vacuum!

I remember these infomercials growing up because I would wake up early on Saturdays to watch Kids WB. But since it was 5 am and 6 am, I had to wait and these were on before Saturday morning cartoons.

It's a shame by me, here in NJ that Oreck closed it stores, it's been awhile, but I miss there customer service.

Oreck vacuums really do lift up the nap of the carpet.

I have an Oreck XL2 and I love it, so simple to use & maintain. I love that it weighs only 8 lbs., since I have a hip replacement, this is great for seniors or people who can't lift a heavy sweeper. I've had a heavy Kirby, OMG-that machine is awful & its way OVERPRICED, couldn't even change to the shampooer without being a mechanic, Ilove a canister, presently own an OLD Tri-Star & still going strong after 20 years, but wanted an upright for my 8X10 area rug & this Oreck is perfect. I also got mom's 5 lb. canister & it does great on my kitchen floors & small jobs (I have 3 messy dogs) LOL Every part on the Oreck I can get replacement parts for & they don't cost that much. My brother bought one for his carpets in his new home.

We had two of those, we had a Bissell Soft Body, which replaced a Hoover Canister, then after that we got to One Like you have and it was also a Bissell.

I was recently given a used Oreck ( I badly needed a vacuum) and I couldn't be happier!😂 The giver bought himself a new Oreck. What does that tell you?!❤

They actually were really good vacuums. Don't know much about the newer Oreck products.

I place of the light, it has a white thing that you slide back and fourth, I forget what it was for though.

Why the hell am I watching this

I have owned 3 Orecks. I now own 2 Dysons, and they blow the Orecks away, in my humble opinion.

I stand by Bissell, becuase that's what we had growing up and my kids will also grow up to use Bissell Products. My aunt got grandma's Bissell, because her Electrolux and Filter Queen quit working. I was going to get so, but I let my aunt have it. She bought it like a month and a week before she passed.

I wonder how the European Orecks will cope with the regulations?

Oreck's are mostly plastic Kirby's are mostly metal. The Oreck is light I will give it that

I think that you're just paying for the name brand. Companies like Kirby, Oreck, Filter Queen, Electrolux, and Dyson. You're just paying for the name brand and I refuse to buy vacuum bags. I have a Bissell Easy Vac and I plan to buy a Bissell Momentum, Velocity, or Pet Hair Eraser. One of the reviews said that a person bought a Bissell Momentum and it worked better than her Oreck.

I hate sencondhand vacuums. The Oreck was my grandma's and she died, the only thing that the Oreck does is sit at the end of my bed, so I have something to look at of grandma's when I feel very sad.

Not all baggless vacuums leak dust for example shark baggless vacuum has a complete seal system so it does have good filtration so I recommend shark than Oreck

Mr. Oreck you just want our money. My Bissell is the best thing on this earth.

My $40 Bissell does a lot better than the $600 Oreck, the only reason why I have the Oreck is because I got it from a loved one, she got tired of it, so she bought the Bissell PowerGroom Pet Compact and she said that it worked a lot better than the Oreck. She even said that my Bissell worked better than the Oreck. I brought it over to her house, so we can use it for Thanksgiving.

In this video Oreck bad mouths bag less vacuums and what is Oreck selling now? A BAGLESS VACUUM! Not only that Oreck's eat belts like no tomorrow genuine or not! I wouldn't pay $5 for an Oreck.

O my god. This video is very interesting and I have this vacuumed from David oreck. Otherwise this video SUCKS.

Orecks are flimsy, they have very weak suction, and they are way overpriced.
