I don't get the complain about some of this low value cards being reprinted considering they are sometimes 10+ years old and if they didn't reprint them here it would be a pain in the ass to build the decks (who cares if they are good or not) as hunting down old cards in good condition and from as few sellers as possible is quite a an annoying prospect. Hell it happens all the time when an archetype gets support and some random ass super or common becomes 20+ dollars out of nowhere because if you want to play the deck at all you better have it in your bulk or hope it does not get bought out online. Besides not every card in a set has to be a banger like in rarity collections, they are allowed to reprint low value stuff needed to build the decks the whole set is themed for, specially if they had been out of print for years. Sure it would be cool if it was all cool shit, but you still need the building pieces of the decks the box is about. The most recent example being Trident dragon with Tenpai, were lots of players that didn't have a random bulk card were price out of playing a "cheap" deck until the cards get a reprint in this year tins.

People need to simply stop playing yugioh and switch to games like one piece or Lorcana till Konami gives us the ocg treatment on packs. Force to spend so much to be able to play Competitive with the rewards for doing so are a fraction of the cost of your deck. I can easily afford modern yugioh but it’s terrible having people around you not able to play at a higher level with you when they make boxes like this with the cover card only being a qcr when it locks out majority of people for getting a hold of cards that they will want to play later

Sprite was a really expensive archetype to play for some people, kinda glad I can pick up the deck and not have to spend as much. I'm sure blue with be short printed tho. This whole 25th anniversary thing has Konami really giving us the shaft. Honestly, I'm kinda ready for it to be over. I know I may be in the minority when I say that, but looking at some of these price drops on starlights and ultis hurts man.

Konami turned the 25th century anniversary into a Holocaust. The amount of money that has been pillaged by Konami is probably in the millions or billions now. Konami for whatever reason reprinted high rarity cards in the same rarity, are you serious? Why would you do something like that? An example would be the QCSR Stardust and Black Rose Dragon, all Konami had to do was print the alt art versions as QCSR's and everyone could have won. If a card has a high rarity printing, just print it in another form. Imagine all the Local Game Stores who bought high rarity cards to resell and are now stuck with hundred-dollar bricks. Players are always losing with random banlist drops. We have to suffer from rarity bumping and short printing. Examples include SP: Little Knight and Chaos Angels who have rare or common counterparts for the OCG. Collectors are always losing with the massive reprints like Retro Pack and Light of Destruction Local Game Stores are forbidden from holding cash tournaments while every game can do it except us. Stores are often bulled into buying trash product that rots on the shelves, costing them hundreds to thousands of dollars. Local Game Stores must buy enough product from them or else Konami withholds good sets like Age of Overlord and Rarity Collection from them.
