Good video! If you go with characters as bank, use blish hud There's a module that lets you search for items accross characters So this will make it so much easier to go for this method Don't have to login and out of characters to check where you left something

Another note. Bank golem is not as bad as some might expect. Would I reccommend getting it? Hmmm, still probably not But it's worth mentioning that you get the 2 week bank golem on every new character you create So can have uses for key farming and if you create lots of new characters for whatever reason You can also just get a VIP pass though and just teleport back and forth to bank though, but I guess bank golem has the advantage that it works in the tutorial instance

Thanx for the video, i have checked allmoust all points there. I enjoy crafting so gathering- Volotile Gathering Tools where high on my personal list. I went so far to by 3 extra shared Inventory slots for athere characters( took litle time to get juse to it:)) See you in Tyria

Additional Crafting Licenses are also good, my life became so much easier since i bought them, instead of having 4 different characters with two maxed licenses (because i hate paying the fee to swap licenses) i only have two with 4 maxed each.

Build templates are useless. can copy the build and paste it into notepad then put a description of the build and paste them back in whenever you want to play that spec

@@xGuiders thats fair enough. i horde my unidentified gear and open all at once with normal salvage kits so swapping like that doesnt bother me. currently at 2.5k blue gear sitting on characters

The gobblers are really good in WvW, recommend them if you play WvW a lot. While it won't get you through the Wood, Bronze, etc skirmish chests quicker, you get faster WvW exp, etc.

rune salvage kit salavages the silgils/runes that greens come with if you identify the uncomons first then salvage and have a chance to drop the legendary rune/sigil components worth 20-80s per

all good figured id mention it for any newer players its going to help drasticly when they release legendary relics since relics disasemble into the same items runes/sigils do ( i tested it myself ^.^ rip my relic boxes lol )@@xGuiders

I'm surprised you mention doing fractals very often but chose thousand seas over mistlock sanctuary? Do you do more fishing than fractals?

I generally use Thousand Seas more because the portal there doesn't require any map exploration to quick move around the world. At some point all of my characters will have all the waypoint, but for the price of an extra loading screen and a griffin dive I can get to just most of the world zones, regardless of map exploration. Bloodstone Fen portal and a HoT HP train takes care of the hot zones.

Considering Silver-fed and runcrafters salvage both result in very similar results when salvaging yellow stuff, and runecrafter also is the far superior option for greens, I think the silver-fed is rather optional. Using runecrafter for blues is also a HUGE waste of money (3 copper vs 30 copper without any beneifits).

if you just click your pass key again while you're in it, it takes you back to where you initially ported from. this works for all of them edit: only works for Mistlock/Thousand Seas/Armistice

Sadly no. It only works for Thousand Seas, Mistlock and Armistice Not only is these the best passes when it comes to unique features, it's also the only ones that has this feature. And yet they are all the same price Arena Net should really update the old passes to have this feature They did update the old ones to have an NPC that can take you back, but that's no as convinent as double clicking the item in your inventory

Build Template Expansion are easy to get trough Wizard's Vault without using gems.

You can get one build template from the Wizard's Vault correct, lets see what the new reward rotation brings to the table

And you're right, I forgot to mention that you can get one from Vault, but again, when the rewards change in the next rotation, we cant be for sure if it will be there as well

You could buy gems for gold and buy gen 1 and 3 weapons, but damn that would be a lot of money for just 1 weapon

@@phatymcdaddy Not to mention that the stats on a legendary aren't any better than on ascended, which are much easier to get. Again, it's just pay for convenience if you are buying legendaries using gem -> gold -> item conversion.

I can say that paying does make getting at least ascended armor and weapons a very easy time. Only, the issue will be getting vision crystals as they need empyreal bars, and those are annoying to get compared to dragonite and bloodstone

its not literal pay to win, but it basically is a P2W shop (not too bad though compared to most others) what also makes a big difference, that at some point you dont need gold almost at all, so you can freely turn gold to gems i spend quite a lot on the game but its pretty much nothing gear wise and only bag slots, infinite tools, skins, shared inventory and salvage stuff but it all doesnt matter when in pvp, or even in pve and i gotta say gold to gem rate considering gold per hour + potential VERY high gold drops is pretty fair and very achieveable most stuff in gem store isnt even too expensive with some exceptions (infinite tools and shared inventory)
