Every time I get to wanting to sell my miata because it’s giving my trouble and I watch one of your videos it all goes away. You always inspire me to keep moving forward with my Miata. The connection between owner and Miata is too special. That being said, I would love to see a restoration on the car to make it such a nice car and give it the life it deserves.

Black and tan was the special edition for 1992, without being labeled as such. The manual steering rack is pretty rare, and desirable. Get some proper metal patch panels for the rear quarters, fix it right. It's worth bringing back.

I'd like to see y'all work through existing needs/upgrades you feel it needs and if not a track day, go for an epic drive with all the Miatas! Fun video, and what a fun car! 👍👍 Appreciate the content!

There's lots of youtubers doing drift builds, I'd love to see a grip build as I'm into grip driving myself. The track is super fun. You can do some autocross without a roll bar first to see if you like it and then you can get a hard dog rollbar if you want to go on track. That's what I did!

If your already planning on building some heavily modified / swapped miatas, I would build this one back to a more daily driver oriented build. Like mostly OEM but tasteful exhaust, intake, fresh paint, etc.

I love the idea of a full OEM+ “restomod”, but if you’re wanting to get some track seat time, make that thing a time attack car!

Have done the same thing back then. Mechanically no issue at all, all matching VIN on every panel. Sold the car for the same price. The buyer texted me 10 mins after the sale post was up and drove 2 hours to buy it immediately

Miatas are impractical daily drivers, which is exactly why I think you should turn it into one. Add sound dampening, update the interior, fix some rattles, install a remote lock, etc. Luxury Miat.

you should fix the most important stuff and then put a wide bodykit on it. Maybe also paint it a cool colour

That poor thing's definitely lived a life but it's got a lot of potential still. I'd love to see you guys clean it up, de-rice it, and just make it a nice daily. Doesn't have to be perfect, and if anything it shouldn't be, but get that fender replaced, sort the rot, replace the window and de-scrote the mods.
