Chris on the condo that grosses 110 K annually, is the rental restrictions 1 to 7 days or 7 days min. and up or longer.?

7 days. But when you have properties like this, families will most likely be renting them and they typically want to rent them weekly since they come from out of state. Ideally it’s better to do weekly as it will also weed out “partiers” who come for just one or two nights and leave. Families come for a week.

@@realtampaliving Yes makes sense, we increased our previous unit min. stay to 5 nights over time. Made more sense and less work for us. I should have remembered that.
