Welcome back to my UK housing series.
Since the stamp duty holiday, the market has exaggerated. Very little is available for many buyers.
The UK House Price Index for April 2022 shows an 11.9% annual price increase. It takes the average property price to nearly £300k, but the data also show a sign of a slowdown in annual growth - from 11.2% in May down to 10.7% in June.

That's so true! I finally bought my house but it's still a very new process for me. I realised it's all about how you feel in the house and if you could imagine yourself living in.

UK housing market 2022: +11% inflation in GBP, -9% (deflation) valuing in USD. UK housing market has been tanking for the last several months but next half of the year it will be real crash !!!
